Everything you share stays private. Period.

I protect your information with complete confidentiality and follow India's strictest privacy laws (DPDP Act 2023, Mental Healthcare Act 2017).

2. What Information I Collect

When you contact me:
Name, contact details, your concerns

During our work:
Session notes and progress, payment information, feedback forms, WhatsApp messages between sessions

For workplace wellness:
Company info (for organization), wellness intake (employees only - employer never sees)

3. How I Use It

4. Your Confidentiality

Everything is Private:

✓ What you tell me in sessions

3 Legal Exceptions (I Must Report):

5. How I Protect Your Data

Technical Security:
End-to-end encrypted WhatsApp sessions, password-protected digital storage, secure payment processing, regular encrypted backups

Physical Security:
Locked storage, secure destruction after 7 years

WhatsApp Privacy:
Messages encrypted (only we can read), Meta/Facebook cannot read therapy content, no recordings

6. Data Retention

How long I keep your information:

Session notes: 7 years after last session
Payment records: 7 years (tax law)
Under 18: Until age 25 OR 7 years (whichever longer)
Newsletter: Until you unsubscribe
Testimonials: With your permission, indefinitely

After that: Securely destroyed. You can request early deletion.

7. Your Rights

✓ Access - Get copies of your records
✓ Correct - Fix inaccurate information
✓ Delete - Remove after retention period
✓ Withdraw - Stop treatment or newsletter anytime
✓ Complain - File privacy complaints

What it is: Optional WhatsApp channel with mental health education

Privacy: Your number stays private, one-way broadcast (I can't see who joined), leave anytime, no penalty

Feedback forms (after each session):
Completely confidential, only I see responses, helps improve your care

Testimonial forms (optional):
You decide what to share, can be anonymous, remove anytime, never shared with employers
