1. Agreement

By booking with me, you agree to these terms.

2. My Services

What I offer:

• ✓ Free 60-minute consultation
• ✓ Individual counselling (₹1,500/2 hours)
• ✓ Therapy sessions (₹3,000/2 hours)
• ✓ Workplace wellness programs
• ✓ WhatsApp voice sessions + text support

What I don't offer:

• ❌ Emergency services
• ❌ Medical treatment or prescriptions
• ❌ Legal advice
• ❌ Guaranteed outcomes

3. My Qualifications

• M.Sc. Counselling Psychology – University of Madras
• Certified Hypnotherapy/Regression Therapy – Hypnotherapy School of India
• Certified Suicide Prevention – QPR Institute, USA

4. How It Works

Step 1: Free 60-min consultation (WhatsApp voice call)
Step 2: If proceeding, complete consent form
Step 3: Schedule paid sessions (2 hours each)
Step 4: WhatsApp text support between sessions
Step 5: Feedback form after each session
Step 6: Optional testimonial when done

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Cancel 24+ hours before: Full refund OR free reschedule
Cancel less than 24 hours: 50% fee charged
No-show: Full fee charged
15+ minutes late: Session cancelled, full fee charged

6. Payment

Individual sessions:

• Counselling: ₹1,500
• Therapy: ₹3,000

Prepaid Packages:

• Buy 3, Get 1 Free: Pay for 3 sessions, get 4th free (same type)
• Flexi-5 Bundle: 5 sessions (your choice of Counselling or Therapy)

Workplace programs:

• Foundation: ₹15,000/month
• Professional: ₹30,000/month
• Enterprise: ₹60,000/month
• Minimum 3 months

Payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, Wise (international)

Refunds:

• Cancelled (24+ hrs): Full refund in 3 days
• Unused package: Prorated minus 10% fee
• Completed sessions: Non-refundable

Financial hardship: Need Sponsor program available, sliding scale: ₹500-₹1,500, no one turned away for inability to pay

7. Session Rules

During sessions:

• Private space required
• Stable internet needed
• Professional behaviour expected
• No recording without permission

Between sessions:

• WhatsApp text support available
• Response within 24-48 hours
• NOT for emergencies

Technology failure: I try reconnecting within 5 minutes, fee prorated for lost time, free reschedule offered

8. EMERGENCIES

My services are NOT for emergencies.

If in crisis, call immediately:

9. Your Responsibilities

• ✓ Provide accurate information
• ✓ Attend on time
• ✓ Pay fees on time
• ✓ Engage honestly
• ✓ Respect boundaries
• ✓ No recording sessions
• ✓ No intoxication during sessions

10. My Responsibilities

• ✓ Professional, evidence-based therapy
• ✓ Strict confidentiality
• ✓ On time and fully present
• ✓ Respond within 24-48 hours
• ✓ Provide referrals if needed
• ✓ Maintain credentials and insurance

11. Confidentiality

Everything is private except:

• ⚠️ Risk of serious harm
• ⚠️ Child/elder abuse
• ⚠️ Court orders

For workplace wellness:
Employer NEVER knows you're a client. 100% anonymous participation.

12. Workplace Programs

For organizations: Monthly aggregate reports only, NO personal employee data shared

For employees: Voluntary participation, 100% confidential from employer, same quality as individual clients

My representative may help with scheduling ROI Discovery Calls, sending corporate forms, processing payments. Same confidentiality standards apply.

13. What I'm NOT Liable For

• ❌ Your decisions outside sessions
• ❌ Not following recommendations
• ❌ Technical failures (internet, WhatsApp)
• ❌ Normal emotions during therapy
• ❌ Outcomes (depends on your effort too)

Maximum liability: Fees paid in past 12 months

14. Recording Sessions

Default: No recording allowed

If you want to record: Written permission needed, specify purpose, cannot share without permission, can request deletion anytime

15. Disputes

Resolution steps:

• Talk to me directly
• Email written complaint
• I respond within 14 days

If unresolved: Consumer Protection Authority, Professional regulatory body

Jurisdiction: Chennai courts, Indian law

16. Ending Services

You can end anytime: No explanation needed, refunds per cancellation policy

I may end if: Not helping you, safety risk, non-payment, terms violated

17. Changes to Terms

Updates possible for legal/service changes. Notification: Email announcement. Acceptance: Continued use = agreement

18. Your Agreement

By booking, you confirm:
