What is a Wellness Intake?

A wellness intake is a simple, confidential form where we get your essential information so we can schedule your first appointment. Once you submit this, I'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm a time that works for you.

Your first appointment is a comfortable conversation where we'll discuss what you're experiencing and how we can support you. All sessions are fully covered by your workplace wellness package.

What We Will Do:

  • Confidential screening – Understand what you're experiencing and identify the support you need
  • Match you with the right care – Counselling for immediate issues, therapy for deeper healing, or both
  • Begin 2-hour deep sessions – Real progress combining counselling, therapy, and practical coaching
  • Track your progress – Measurable improvements over 6-12 weeks with ongoing support

What You Will Experience:

  • Complete privacy and confidentiality – Your employer never sees your personal details
  • No judgment, just understanding
  • No pressure to continue after your first session
